All subscriptions are set to auto renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior. To cancel, either login on our website or contract us at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Refund requests made within 48 hours of the renewal charge will be subject to a 50% refund fee to cover processing costs.

No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of the renewal charge.

If a refund request is received after the allowed period, the cancellation will be honored for the next renewal period and your subscription will not auto renew.
