Super Strong Close for Grains to end 2010

It looks like we will have the grain markets end 2010 with a bang as we made new highs and high closes for both soybeans and corn .

Technically a great way to end the year; hopefully it spills into next year and we can see profitable levels for the grains.

I have seen some talk about 2011 price predictions and forecasts; personally for me if I asked producers what they realistically thought grain prices would be a year from now to end 2011 I don't think that many would say substaintlly higher.  This does make me think a little about grain marketing plans...........especially as they relate to upside and downside scenarios based on weather, macro economics, and history.
